Words & Women holds a number of events every year. Our work has been featured on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, BBC Radio Norfolk, Bookmark on Cambridge 105 FM,  Future Radio,  General Norwich, Mustard TV and the Norfolk Storytelling Project. It has been featured in the Eastern Daily Press, The Breckland View, the Golden Guide, the N7 Directory  and Old Catton Connection.

On this page you will find some films and photos from some of the events we've held from 2013 to March 2018. Films first and then photos!

24th May 2014 - Art, Gardens & Words - Plantation Garden, Earlham Road, Norwich

Here is a wonderful short film by Moyses Gomez of our garden festival. See and hear our performers, artists and writers, and watch the day move from showers to sunshine. With many thanks to Moyses, and to everybody who made the day so special.

8th March, International Women’s Day celebration 2013, The Fusion Digital Gallery, The Forum, Norwich

With many thanks to Culture works for filming the event and Jean Hogg for her brilliant editing.

In addition to those we’ve named in the credits, we’d also like to thank The  Norfolk And Norwich Millennium Library and The Forum Trust for all their assistance and support, and to Sarah Passingham and her team for running the bar in the Fusion Digital Gallery.

Not forgetting too Norfolk County Council for supporting us through the Arts Project Fund.
A couple of amendments to the credits:
‘Songteller’ should read ‘Storyteller’ – sorry Kelly!
And Antonia Smith and Helen Holderness are the wonderful Girl Debois.
